Sadler Stadium-A $2.5 million on campus baseball stadium including a 119,000 sq ft all synthetic turf surface, multiple batting cages and drill work area, the “Maroon Monster”, a 30 ft high left field fence for 50 ft, 5 bullpen mounds, pro-style heated dug outs with hitters corners and garage storage areas, viewing mounds, gated storage area for on field equipment, chair back seating and bleacher seating, locker room, press box, team room, concessions, restrooms, umpire room, media center and coaches offices .Recently the Quakers added a 10’x15’ videoboard to the scoreboard Reviewed as one of the best small-college ballpark in the country.
Randal R. Sadler Stadium serves as the home of the Earlham College baseball program. Located on the south side of campus, it was built during the summer of 2013. It is named for former Earlham baseball player Randy Sadler, who is a 1973 graduate.
The stadium features an all-turf playing surface, and playing dimensions of 310 feet down the left field line, 390 feet to straight-a-way center field and 325 feet to right field.
On the first base side there is a hitting area that is 80 feet by 45 feet, which includes two cages and drill area. There also bullpens next to each dugout. A unique feature is the Maroon Monster, which is a 30-foot high fence that extends 50 feet from the left field line.
On the outside of the stadium, there is a viewing mound down the right field line. There are also 180 chair back seats, bleachers and party patio seating area.
A two-story facility behind home plate features the Cliff Dickman Media Center, the Avis Stewart Clubhouse, Earlham's baseball locker room, concessions, coach's offices, umpire room, training room and rest rooms. A video scoreboard was added prior to the 2017 season.

Sadler Stadium is located on the southern most part of campus next to the EC Tennis Courts and the Suzanne Hoerner Equestrian Center. The stadium can not be accessed by driving to campus. Although it does sit on campus property, there isn't an access road from campus.
To get to the stadium from campus travel on College Avenue to SW G Street and turn East (Left) to SW 5th Street (Next cross street), Turn South (right) onto SW 5th. Take SW 5th to Earlham Drive and turn West (right). You will see the stadium and parking area.
